Trainee Surface Grinders

Weekly Rotating Shifts: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:30 (Mon-Fri)

Pay: £14.87 p/hour (rising once skilled)

Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

If the answers are yes then … We're recruiting trainee surface grinders for a busy engineering firm in Rugby. You'll be trained to set and operate large surface grinding machinery used in ceramic production.

However - you MUST be able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

These skills are essential and not negotiable.

Ideal for:

• Engineering BTEC holders ready to gain practical experience
• CNC operators looking to upskill on a new machine
