RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this well known UK based growing Group Practice as they look to engage a Private Tax Manager to their team. Given their location, this hybrid role can be located in their Derby, Boston, Lincoln, Nottingham. Melton, Skegness, Grantham, Loughborough, Newark, Sleaford, Stamford or Spalding office.

You’ll get involved in:
Inheritance & Capital Gains Tax planning
Business incorporations & remuneration planning
Capital allowance reviews
International tax planning
Deliver engaging, accurate tax advice on diverse client projects
Coach and review the work of junior team members
Manage workflows and client expectations with confidence
Build lasting client relationships and spot opportunities to add value
Identify tax risks and opportunities for new and existing clients
Support business growth by promoting our full range of services
CTA, ACA, or ACCA (full or part-qualified) — or equivalent tax experience
Strong UK Private Tax and Accounting Practice experience
Proven people management and teamwork skills
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client care
