💼 The Role

• Teaching small groups of pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs
• Creating engaging, personalised learning experiences
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Working collaboratively with support staff and wider teams
• Providing stability, structure and encouragement every day

🌱 What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience within Mainstream or SEND, SEMH, PRU or alternative provision settings
• A calm, compassionate and adaptable approach
• Strong behaviour management rooted in understanding and connection
• Commitment to long-term consistency for pupils who rely on it
