Weekly Pay: £460 - £500
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term to Perm

Are you a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant looking for a varied KS2 role where no two days are the same?

Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a welcoming, well-led primary school in Nuneaton (CV10) to recruit a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to support pupils across Key Stage 2, working flexibly within different classes and delivering targeted interventions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys whole-class support, building strong relationships with pupils, and delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions to support progress and confidence.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing in-class support across KS2, assisting with lesson delivery and engagement

• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy or targeted areas

• Supporting pupils who need additional guidance with focus, organisation and confidence

• Working closely with class teachers to adapt resources and meet learning objectives

• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a calm, inclusive learning environment

• Supporting assessment, progress monitoring and pupil feedback

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2

• Experience supporting pupils 1:1, including SEN

• Confidence delivering structured interventions

• A calm, flexible and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (or equivalent)

• Two-form entry primary school
