Location: Northampton - Kettering
Salary: Competitive, dependant on salary
Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time, Flexible Supply

Simply Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a SEND school environment based in Kettering. This role is for someone who is qualified as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students on a 1:1 basis. We are a driven school who provide support for students with a wide range of needs.

The role:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in groups
• Help the teacher to support and manage the class as well as to prepare the lessons
• Work with pupils with SEND with the guidance of the Teacher
• Support those with social and emotional and personal development needs

The right person will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant within a SEND school OR a SEND environment
• A passion for working with pupils with SEN and their families
• High level of resilience and determination

All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Due to COVID-19 regulations, any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Zoom call.
