The Role:
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants to work in a range of primary schools across Corby. We have flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles to suit your availability and career goals.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across various year groups, assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and help create a positive learning environment. Whether you’re working one-to-one, with small groups, or supporting whole classes, your role will be essential to pupils' learning and development.

Requirements:
✅ Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools
✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✅ A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with staff and support pupils’ needs
