Job Description:

Pay: £87 - £92 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

• Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management.

• Help students stay focused, engaged, and on task.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance students' learning and development.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.

• Assist with preparing classroom resources and supporting general classroom activities.

• Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate staff members.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is essential.

• Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).

• Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting and inspiring students.

• Communication Skills: The ability to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.

• Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently.
