Your Role Will Include:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across KS3 and KS4
Providing 1:1 or small-group support for students with SEND or additional learning needs
Helping to implement learning strategies, manage classroom routines, and promote positive behaviour
Encouraging confidence, independence, and participation among students
Contributing to a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive school environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys working with young people and thrives in a collaborative team setting
Communicates clearly and confidently with both students and staff
Brings empathy, patience, and enthusiasm to every school day
Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
May have previous experience in childcare, youth work, support work, or coaching (preferred but not essential)
