Salary: £115 - £125 a day

TeacherActive is partnering with a happy and highly successful Primary School who in search of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within Key Stage 2/KS2 as PPA cover throughout the school. This will be a part time, long-term position with the potential to be made permanent. The primary school is dedicated to helping their students succeed.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant will need to have at least 1 years professional experience of working with learners who have SEN considerations and hold at least a level 4 HLTA qualification. You will be expected to work flexibly and adapt sessions in a dynamic manner, to promote successful learner outcomes with both 1:1 and group learners over a wide range of subjects.

The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:

• HLTA qualification or higher (Level 4)
• Experience working in KS2
• At least 6 months of UK work experience
• Proactive and reliable
