About the Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons

• Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils

• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities

• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional developmet

• Training and support will be provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills in the classroom.
