£89.38 – £100 per day | Flexible Work | Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and SEN schools across the Sapcote area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery

• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

• Support children with additional needs (where required)

• Promote confidence, independence, and progress

• Experience working with children (school-based preferred)

• A caring, patient, and reliable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting learning

• Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)

• Competitive daily pay: £89.38 – £100

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
