Team Leader – Children's Residential Home
Location: LE7, Leicestershire
Salary: £14-£15 per hour
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready to step up, or a Team Leader looking for a new challenge in a supportive and child-focused environment?

We’re recruiting a Team Leader for a well-established 3-bed children’s home in LE7, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is the first home for a growing provider with strong values, a hands-on leadership team, and exciting plans to expand across Leicestershire.

As Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high standards of care, leading shifts, mentoring staff, and creating a nurturing, stable environment where children can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a children’s residential care setting
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting junior team members
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
• A caring, resilient, and proactive approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for young people
