The Role - Telesales & Lead Generation Salesperson

We are looking for someone with a solid strong background in lead generation and sales, a hunter mentality who can open doors and create opportunities with prospects and lapsed customers.

It will be a blend of contacting new business through leads and lapsed customers to generate & book appointments for the external field sales team.

Responsibilities and Activities

• Daily calls to prospect to build and manage lead pipeline
• Prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social media networking.
• Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria.
• Conduct research for target accounts and identify key contacts from the focus segments for prospecting.
• Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to management.
• Enter and update CRM and maintain CRM with lead status and progress.
• Assist Internal Sales lead qualifier Co-Ordinator as required.
• Work closely with the Field based account managers to work towards a booked demonstration.

Your Background - Telesales & Lead Generation Salesperson

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years sales experience tele sales / lead generation.
• Proven B2B lead generation or sales experience - desirable
• Ability to learn, understand and promote technical products and software.
• Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and listening.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with Sales Force CRM software
• An understanding of social media platforms - preferred
