Temporary Senior Administrator

Job Description:

Scout Recruiting are delighted to be working with our client based in Corby, who have an ongoing temporary opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting the business and may have the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Monday to Friday 9 -5  Paid hourly rate £14.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the main office team to ensure sector compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and distribute weekly Health & Safety reports.
• Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and issue follow-up notes.
• Manage sector emails, prioritising for the Head of Sector.
• Provide diary and calendar management support.
• Print drawings, prepare site files, and request O&M documentation.
• Raise and manage purchase orders (including COINS ERP/Workflow system).
• Issue Statements of Work (SOWs) and agency POs.
• Manage fleet administration, including hire vehicles, fines, accidents, and services.
• Update and maintain admin trackers, SharePoint folders, and sector records.
• Check invoices against POs for authorisation.
• Handle team sheets, labour meetings, and liaise with PMs on requirements.
• Organise travel, hotels, and transport (flights, trains, ferries).
• Assist with new starter paperwork and induction administration.
• Manage holidays and sector scheduling effectively.
• Undertake site visits where required.
• Provide cover and deputise when needed.
