Are you an experienced theatre practitioner seeking flexible work opportunities within the NHS, We are currently recruiting Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs), Theatre Nurses (Scrub, Recovery, Anaesthetics), and Surgical First Assistants to join our agency team and support NHS hospitals across the Midlands.

Locations: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry, Derby, and surrounding areas.

Role Overview:
As part of our agency workforce, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe and effective perioperative care across a range of surgical specialties. You’ll work in diverse clinical environments, adapting quickly while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC or HCPC registration
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in a theatre setting
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Mandatory training certificates (or willingness to complete)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
