Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves high-quality TIG welding work both in-house and on client sites in Corby and surrounding areas. A company van will be provided for travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out TIG welding to a high and consistent standard

* Work with stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals as required

* Follow engineering drawings and welding specifications

* Perform on-site welding tasks when necessary

* Maintain safe working practices and adhere to company health & safety policies

* Ensure work is completed to client and company quality standards

* Represent the company professionally on all job sites

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a TIG Welder

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

* Full UK driving licence (required for use of company van)

* Ability to work independently and manage workload on client sites

* Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious

Pay & Benefits:

28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Overtime rates:

£25.50 per hour Monday–Saturday

£30.00 per hour Sunday and Bank Holidays

£100 on-call payment, regardless of call-out

Minimum 3 hours paid per call-out

Company van provided for work-related travel

Free uniform provided

Hotel accommodation covered when late stays are required
