RHL Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a global manufacturing leader to recruit an experienced Inventory Analyst with a strong focus on traffic, shipping, and customs compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic logistics and operations team, supporting the smooth and compliant flow of goods both domestically and internationally.

As an Inventory Analyst specialising in traffic and customs, you will play a vital role in coordinating material flow, managing international shipment documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant import/export regulations. You'll liaise across departments and external partners to prevent delays and keep operations running smoothly.

  Review and manage shipment schedules and customs documentation to ensure compliance with trade regulations
• 
  Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods
• 
  Monitor work processes, materials flow, and shipping accuracy
• 
  Compile and maintain reports on inventory levels, shipping status, customs costs, and delivery performance
• 
  Adjust schedules as needed based on customs delays, material shortages, or other issues
• 
  Resolve shipping complaints and logistics issues with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies
• 
  Distribute work orders and coordinate shipping documentation across departments

  Strong knowledge of international trade practices, traffic coordination, and customs compliance
• 
  Excellent organisational and communication skills
• 
  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• 
  Previous experience in customs documentation, shipping compliance, or freight/logistics coordination
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• 
  Ability to track and analyse costs related to logistics and material movement
• 
  Skilled at maintaining accurate records and reporting

Education / Experience:

• 
  High school diploma or GED required
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, customs, shipping, or inventory analysis
