Trainee Customer Service Advisor
£25,000 Basic £28,000 - £30,000 OTE Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
Leicester – OFFICE BASED

Then this is the role for you! We are currently recruiting for an Renewables Business who is looking to bring in reliable friendly people into the business to qualify leads, these leads come through marketing channels and can include both warm & cold calls.

So, what would you be doing?
- Making outbound calls to warm leads & cold calling
- Using a call script
- Qualifying information
- Booking meetings & home visits
- Updating CRM systems

And what do you get?

But what experience do you need?
- No experience is required but prior customer service experience is desirable
- Full computer literacy
- Confidence to speak to warm & cold leads
