Role Overview
- Run your own 360° recruitment desk across the UK Government markets
- Build relationships with clients and candidates across your market
- Proactively source and interview talent
- Manage the full job process - from vacancy to placement
- Generate leads and new business through outreach and follow-up
- Work to clear, achievable weekly KPIs - with full training and manager support
