Approach Personnel are an independently owned recruitment agency with almost 20 years’ experience specialising in the construction industry.

We have opportunities for an experienced and dynamic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding permanent team in our Nottingham Head Office. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from acquiring new clients to successfully placing candidates
• Conduct sales calls, present job opportunities, and negotiate offers to close deals
• Achieve defined KPIs and performance targets
• Foster lasting relationships through both phone and face-to-face interactions

The Ideal Candidate:

• Driven and eager to succeed with a strong work ethic
• Can communicate confidently both on the phone and face to face
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
