Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 + Commission & Bonuses
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support to develop into a confident, high-performing recruiter. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants who will mentor you through every step of your journey.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with schools and education professionals

• Writing and posting engaging job adverts

• Headhunting and sourcing candidates through job boards and social media

• Supporting candidates through the interview and compliance process

• Managing bookings and placements for temporary and permanent staff

• Achieving targets and contributing to a positive, team-focused environment
