Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support and develop our Industrial, Commercial, and Engineering sectors.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Details & Benefits;

• Upto £27,000 per annum dependant on experience
• Fantastic bonus scheme
• Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (additional hours may be required to suit the business needs)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Specification;

• Administration duties including weekly payroll for temporary workforce
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Servicing of current Client base and reacting to Client’s requirements efficiently
• Expanding temporary workforce
• Building relationships with current Client base to increase temporary and permanent placements
• Assisting with marketing for the Company
• Being responsible for Company Social Media pages
• Working to team based and individual targets
• All other associated tasks as required by the Company

Trainee Recruitment Consultant person Specification;

• Excellent Customer Service skills and confident manner
• Ability to multitask and react to Clients needs in a timely manner
• Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of Clients & Candidates
• A desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing Company
• To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team to meet deadlines
