Trainee Welding Instructor / Tutor

Here at CBWA we are looking for an experienced welder who is looking into getting off the tools and becoming an instructor (we will help if you do not have experience training aput you through bh our teaching and assessing qualifications and give you a mentor to get you up to standard.  We are looking for a bright bubbly andnthusiastic person to join our small friendly team here in Coventry.   We currently deliver a lot of practical hand on training in all aspects of welding to adults from across the UK,  we are looking to add to this team and looking for another team member.   Currently between our full time tutors we offer a range of MIG TIG and MMA training in all metals and positions,  our current tutors are already good welder/fabricators and can weld in all processes so we are ideally looking for another team member to join them full time (or possibly part time) as we are looking to expand and offer more and therfore need an extra man power both training and preparing materials,  ideally the successful applicant should be able to weld in all materials but if needed we can help with training and getting you up to speed if needed.   Our tutors currently work 37.5 hours per week 8.15am - 4.15pm.   The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative,  be friendly and above all patient wanting to pass on their skills to people.   If you feel that this is something that would be of interest to you and looking to get off the tools more and pass on your experience in our friendly relaxed training environment please send me a copy of your CV along with what you can offer and bring to the team.
