Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours:
Training (First 2 Weeks): Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Permanent Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy and growing transport operation based in Lutterworth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with real potential for progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting transport jobs into the system accurately and in a timely manner
Monitoring and tracking drivers throughout the day
Updating customers on delivery statuses and resolving any delivery queries
Checking and updating ETA’s
Uploading, organising, and filing delivery paperwork
Supporting the transport team with general admin tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a transport environment is essential
Good IT and system skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
