Unqualified Nursery Assistant

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Flexible / Temporary / Ongoing

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Unqualified Nursery Assistants to join our team of flexible childcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of outstanding nurseries, providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5.

You will be working with reputable nurseries through Pin-Point Recruitment, supporting them in delivering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Support the daily routines within the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Help supervise and engage children in play, learning, and creative activities.
• Assist qualified practitioners in providing high-quality care and education.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different nursery settings.
