Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Corby
Salary: £14.48 - £15.55 per hour

Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Masker to join our client's experienced Bodyshop team. Within this role, you will be working as part of a skilled and supportive bodyshop team, ensuring all vehicles are prepared and finished to the highest customer standards, under the guidance of the Supervisor and Bodyshop Manager.

Your Role as a Vehicle Masker

• Masking and outlining vehicle panels in preparation for paint spraying
• Working across a variety of vehicles, from small family cars to light commercial units
• Supporting the bodyshop team in other areas when required
• Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workshop efficiency
• Assisting in training new staff when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician / Vehicle Masker
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
• Passion for the motor trade and dedication to delivering high standards
• Willingness to support junior technicians and share expertise

Pay & Shifts

• £14.48 - £15.55 per hour
• Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 16:00
