Job Title: Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester - Permanent - £37500 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE £45000+)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Saturday (biweekly): 08:30 – 13:00
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays

Your Day to Day

• Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT tests to a high standard
• Perform detailed Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs)
• Ensure all work is completed on time, safely, and professionally
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Qualified MOT Tester (Essential)
• Level 3 Automotive Qualification (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Right to work in the UK
