Job Title: Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience, qualifications & skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 1 in 3 Saturdays

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established main dealership in Coventry, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy and growing Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to enhance their career with a leading name in the automotive industry. As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll work on a range of vehicles and benefit from ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Vehicle Technician, perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements – a core part of the Vehicle Technician role.
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, meeting the expectations of a skilled Vehicle Technician.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records as a professional Vehicle Technician.
• Work in a safe, clean, and organised environment, demonstrating pride in your role as a Vehicle Technician.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) – required for any qualified Vehicle Technician.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealership or busy workshop.
• License: A full UK driving license is essential for the Vehicle Technician role.
