This Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician job will suit:

• Strong automotive / vehicle knowledge and hands-on experience as a Technician.
• Previous work in an automotive or vehicle engineering environment (preferred).
• Experience fitting instrumentation or sensors to vehicles (advantageous).
• Ability to use data acquisition / PC-based systems to capture test data.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or similar.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

This Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician job will involve:

• Support vehicle performance testing and automotive braking test projects.
• Install and manage test instrumentation and sensors on vehicles.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and support evaluation activities.
• Drive test vehicles during performance and brake testing.
• Use data acquisition systems and PC software to capture and record test results for engineering analysis.
