Our client, a reputable independent garage in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality servicing and repairs across a diverse range of vehicles. Duties:

• Carry out routine servicing and comprehensive repairs on various vehicle makes and models
• Perform complex mechanical work, including repairs on brakes, timing belts, gaskets, gearboxes, and clutches
• Conduct accurate diagnosis and efficiently repair mechanical faults
• Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness and safety
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and meets customer expectations
• Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workflow and deadlines

Candidate Specification:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or a recognised equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in handling complex mechanical repairs
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving licence
• Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to work
