Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks adhering to manufacturer standards and regulations
• Maintain detailed records of service and repairs for each vehicle
• Communicate test results and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Work collaboratively with team members in the autocentre to ensure efficient service delivery
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments, safety protocols, and manufacturer technical bulletins
• Uphold the company’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or reputable garage
• Fully qualified with relevant industry recognised qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to vehicle servicing
• Valid UK driving licence
