Vehicle Technician – Leicester
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience + £10,000 bonus

About the role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll work in a modern, well‑equipped Leicester workshop featuring state‑of‑the‑art tools, advanced diagnostic technology and a clean, safe working environment. All necessary PPE is provided, and the team culture is friendly, supportive and process‑driven.

What we’re looking for

• A qualified Vehicle Technician with a recognised Level 3 automotive qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience within a franchised dealership or main dealer environment.
• Strong technical ability, with confidence in all aspects of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair.
• The ability to work within set timescales while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
• A team‑focused individual with excellent customer service skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
