We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join a fantastic practice near Coventry — someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in delivering excellent client care.

✨ About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. From greeting clients and managing appointments to handling calls, payments, and queries, every day will bring something new.

This is a full-time position, working alongside a supportive, close-knit team that truly values great communication and teamwork.

🐕 What We’re Looking For

• Previous reception or customer service experience is essential

• Veterinary or medical reception experience would be an advantage, but not essential — full training can be provided

• A friendly, professional manner and excellent communication skills

• Confidence in using computers and managing bookings

• A genuine passion for pets and their people
