An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a residential emotional well-being home in Braunstone, Leicestershire as a Waking Night Residential Children & Young People’s Worker on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Home
This small, nurturing residential home supports children and young people aged 8-18 with complex needs and behaviours. With capacity for up to three residents, the home provides a safe and enriching environment where young people can build friendships, explore new experiences, and develop confidence, independence, and emotional resilience.

This service delivers innovative, high-quality residential care for some of Leicestershire’s most vulnerable children and young people. While your base will be in Braunstone, occasional travel to other homes across the county may be required to support staffing needs.
