
Warehouse Administrator
Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (rotating shifts 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
About the Role
We’re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a growing logistics business based in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and prior experience in warehouse or logistics administration to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
You will coordinate the flow of deliveries, despatches, and stock movements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with health & safety standards. You’ll work closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain high service levels and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day warehouse administration, including goods in/out, despatch, and stock control.
Maintain accuracy when recording stock movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Book and expedite transport requirements, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Support warehouse workflow efficiency and help minimise downtime.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve queries.
Uphold high standards of health and safety, ensuring all procedures and PPE requirements are followed.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy, keeping discrepancy levels within target.
Organise and prioritise daily warehouse administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination is essential.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident user of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and operational excellence.
