Warehouse Deep Clean Operatives

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Deep Clean Operatives to maintain high hygiene standards within a busy, occupied warehouse in Northampton. This role involves working alongside active operations to ensure a safe and clean environment for all staff.

• Start Date: Friday, 20th February 2026
• Shifts Available:
  • Days: [6 am - 6pm]
  • Nights: [6 pm - 6 am]

• Pay Rate: Standard rates
• Benefits: Statutory holiday pay, and all PPE provided.

• Performing deep cleans of the warehouse floor, racking, and high-traffic communal areas.
• Operating industrial cleaning machinery, such as scrubber-dryers and buffers.
• Managing waste removal and ensuring packing areas are clear of debris and trip hazards.
• Working safely in an occupied environment, using clear signage and barriers to manage wet floors and chemical use.
• Occasional high-level cleaning (dusting vents, pipes, and tops of racking).

• Previous experience in industrial or warehouse cleaning is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of COSHH (handling cleaning chemicals) and general health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical fitness for a demanding role that involves lifting and long periods on your feet.
