Logistics Operative – Day Shift | Atherstone (Relocating to Coalville in March 2027)
Location: Atherstone, UK
Salary: £11.51 – £12.79 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends)
Shift: Day shift, 10:00 AM start

5 - 6 months work.

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit eight reliable and physically fit Logistics Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Atherstone on a 5 to 6-month term. The role involves manual handling, loading, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The shift runs from 10:00 AM for approximately 7 to 8 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Handle heavy items with care and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Work a rotating 5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends

Requirements

Essential:

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Willing to work weekends as part of the shift pattern

Preferred (not required):

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience

• The Atherstone site will be relocating to Coalville in March 2027.
