Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Located: Syston, Leicestershire

Salary: Up to £40,000

Days: Thursday to Sunday

Hours: 6 am - 2 pm & 2 pm - 10 pm.

Shifts: Weekly Rotation

The Role

• Warehousing Best Practice – Including H&S (team and food), compliance and standards
• Daily Management of 15 warehouse operatives in a multi-temperature warehouse
• Manage employee performance including disciplinaries and promotions.
• Warehouse capacity planning, stock rotation and minimising wastage.
• Intake of raw materials
• Dispatch of finished good
• Work closely with Purchasing & Production to ensure all materials are available.

Your Skills & Experience.

• Warehouse Management experience within a Food manufacturing environment
• Team leadership and development skills
• FTL license (Desired)
