Warehouse Operative - 5:00pm starts

Job Description:

Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker

Location: Atherstone
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 5:00 PM start – typical shift 7–8 hours
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off rota (includes weekends)

Pay Rates:

• £13.10/hour (before 10:00 PM)
• £16.38/hour (after 10:00 PM)

After 12 weeks:

• £14.56/hour (before 10:00 PM)
• £18.20/hour (after 10:00 PM)

Duties Include:

• Voice order picking using a LLOP (training provided)
• Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• General warehouse duties

About You:

This role suits candidates with experience in:

• Warehousing / Order Picking
• Chill or Ambient environments
• Dispatching, Packing, Loading
• LLOP operation
• Factory or production work

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided.
