Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Christmas Period
Shift Information: 2:00 PM start, 5–7 hour shifts depending on workload

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a high-performance logistics operation in Hinckley. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Sorting, scanning, and organising parcels within the warehouse
• Meeting daily targets and operational deadlines
• Handling parcels of varying sizes and weights
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high work standards
• Physically fit and able to lift/move parcels as required
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
