Warehouse Operative - Rotating shifts

Pay rate: £12.97 per hour
Hours: Weekly rotating shifts
* 06:00-15:00
* 13:00-22:00
Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work on a rota)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a growing warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced environment with stable hours and ongoing work.

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control
• Pick, pack and prepare materials for field installation teams
• Assist with stock organisation, audits and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe and well organised
• Contribute to continuous improvement as the operation develops

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)
• Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
• Forklift experience is an advantage, but not required

• Shifts rotate weekly and flexibility is required between 06:00-22:00
• Weekend work may be required occasionally and will be rota
• No specific qualifications are required - full training can be provided
