At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with our client Smyths Toys in Corby. You will be working in a busy distribution centre, helping to ensure smooth operations, especially during seasonal peaks.
Shift Patterns:
06:00 - 16:00 or 07:00 - 17:00
5 days a week, including weekends
Pay Rates:
£12.80 - £14.72 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
Previous warehouse experience (advantage but not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
Unload, check, and store incoming stock
Accurately pick and pack orders for stores and customers
Operate pallet trucks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with health & safety guidelines
Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
Work with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines
