Job Description:

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Warehouse Operatives for our client- leading national distribution centre based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. The company specialises in the distribution of large furniture, home décor, and household essentials.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with prior experience to join the team. This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling and working with large, bulky items in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading vehicles (heavy lifting involved)
• General warehouse duties
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

• Own transport is essential due to site location and shift schedule
• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work with heavy, bulky items on a daily basis
• Ability to commit to a fixed shift pattern

Shift Patterns (set NO rotations)

4on 4off:

• AM – £13.19/h
• PM – £14.53/h
