Warehouse Operative

Job Description:

Accept Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our brand-new client – a leading e-commerce operation based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. This company specialises in courier, package delivery, and express mail services, and is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join their growing team.

This is an ongoing role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, perfect for candidates with previous experience in similar settings.

Working Hours/Days: Shifts: 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, Monday to Sunday

Pay Rates: £12.21 (Days) | £13.00 (Nights)

Role Responsibilities:

• Light loading and unloading of goods
• Picking & packing using handheld scanners
• Manual handling (up to 7kg)
• Use of pump trucks (desirable)
• General warehouse duties
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Working collaboratively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

• Own transport is essential (due to site location and shift pattern)
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Strong understanding of English (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Commitment to a fixed 4 on 4 off shift schedule
