The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Lutterworth

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred due to the physical nature of the role.

Warehouse Operative role is Full time, long term and starts ASAP.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth:

• Rotation Shifts
• Week 1 06:-14:00, Week 2 14:00-22:00
• Monday - Friday
• Nights - Sunday to Thursday
• 22.00 - 06.00

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• £12.25 per hour Rotation
• £12.50 nights
• Overtime available

Duties as a Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth

• Ongoing work - 37.5 hours per week.
• Heavy Lifting Required
• Loading/Unloading
• Use of pump truck
• Scan large bulky home applicances
• Able to read / understand english to check labels and products
• Reduce damage to stock
• Able to communicate with management to resolve any issues
• Physical role
