We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates.

Position: Warehouse Operative
Salary: £12.21 per hour (Day Shift) / £13.21 per hour (Afternoon Shift)
Shift Patterns:
- Days: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Afternoons: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Assisting with various warehouse duties as required.
- Being flexible to train and work in various areas of the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and areas within the warehouse.
