🛞  Warehouse Operatives Wanted !

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17 area).
Salary: Competitive + Overtime Opportunities.
Hours: Full time and Part Time positions available !
Contract Type: Long-term on-going agency work with the potential to become permanent.

AM Shift Details

• Monday-Friday (Part-time also available).
• 06:00-15:00 (Part time Hours also Available).
• 1x 30minute unpaid break.
• 2x 15minute paid breaks. 
• Non MHE rate: £12.21ph hour (Rises to £12.32 after 12 weeks).
• MHE Rate: £12.72ph.
• OT Rate: £16.24ph paid after working 42.5 hours.

PM Shifts

• Sunday-Thursday (Part-time also available).
• 15:00-00:00 (Part time Hours also Available).
• 1x 30minute unpaid break.
• 2x 15minute paid breaks. 
• Non MHE rate: £13.20ph hour (Rises to £13.31 after 12 weeks).
• MHE Rate: £13.71ph.
• OT Rate: £17.56ph paid after working 42.5 hours.

🚗 About the role:
Our client is a leading distributor of car tyres; supplying garages, dealerships, and retailers across the region. They are looking to recruit multiple hard-working warehouse operatives to join their busy morning and afternoon teams.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking, and dispatching car tyres to meet daily delivery schedules.
• Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling techniques and equipment.
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operating MHE to stack/un-stack stillages.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Working closely with drivers and warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

🧰 What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of car tyres.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Forklift licence desirable but not required—training can be provided.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
