Job Description:

ROLE: Warehouse Operative
LOCATION: Lutterworth, LE17
HOURS: Monday - Friday 14:00-22:00
PAY: £12.60 - £15.12 ph

Frontline Recruitment is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join one of our Client team at Lutterworth site. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, preparing sample collection containers, repacking products, and operating machinery to support various industries, including water testing, pharmaceuticals, and R&D.

THE ROLE:

• Assemble products following work instructions to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Accurately complete batch records in line with Good Documentation Practice.
• Operate machinery confidently (training provided).
• Assist with mentoring and supporting new team members.
• Ensure finished products are correctly presented and packaged.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• A good standard of education, including English and Maths.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Warehouse and machine room setting.
• Manual handling, including lifting (typically up to 10kg).
• Use of hand tools and machinery (training provided).
• Working with hazardous chemicals (full PPE and training provided).
