We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Lutterworth to join one of the UK’s leading clothing & fashion companies in a modern, multilingual logistics centre.

What You’ll Do

• Sort mail and parcels
• Pick and pack customer orders
• Operate hand scanners
• Assist with loading and unloading pallets and cages
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Flexibility is key – you may be asked to support other departments when needed.

Shifts
We offer a range of fixed shifts across days, nights, and weekends – our recruitment team will help find one that fits your schedule. During busier periods, you will be asked to work on a weekend. 

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or production work (UK or overseas)
• A reliable, motivated team player who enjoys a fast-paced setting
• Able to travel to site for your shift
• A UK resident (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship)
