Warehouse Operator – Lutterworth
£12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm
 

Industrious is currently recruiting Warehouse Operator for a well-established logistics site based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team working in a clean, organised, and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

• Sorting, scanning, and moving goods within the warehouse

• Ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Following all health and safety procedures on site

About You

• Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

• Able to work the fixed 6am–2pm shift, Monday to Friday
